Ordered on Nov.25th, selected standard shipping because it said 3-7 business days. Almost 3 weeks later and still no delivery. My delivery estimate also went from December 2nd to December 13th. And now it’s been “in transit” lost and not a single update on the tracking page for over 8 days. Iv sent COUNTLESS emails with the same flippin questions and it’s always some stupid automated “typed out response” or some $7 gift card. I never get my actual questions answered and I’m leaving the 19th and I need my stuff for this trip… it went from “3-7 business days” to 16 days and counting with zero updates. Like I don’t even know where my order is lol… REDICULOUS.

They literally took 2 weeks to deliver my items. When reaching out to their support team all they did was lie on the dates and did nothing to accommodate the matter. Still to this date haven’t received my order. Very displeased!!! Shein would never!!!!!

Placed an order on 11/26. It finally shipped on 12/04. The company they are using for shipping is GLS. I received a message on 12/05 saying my packages were delivered. I knew that was not the case, as I am the manager of my building and no deliveries were made by that time in the morning. The photo of the "delivery" is on the ground outside of some rundown house with bars on the windows, not an apartment building. I live in a large apartment building, which is why I provided my apartment number. When you google the address I provided my building is the only place that shows up. Fashion Nova will not provide any kind of update or help until it's been 72 hours. I have already waited weeks for my package and now I'm being told there's nothing they can do. The emails are all computer automated, and there is no number to call. This has cost me over $200. The delivery company is also giving me the runaround and both FN and GLS keep telling me the package was delivered. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past, and this is insane that they won't do a single thing but take your money and ignore you. They say they are not responsible for packages that are stolen or picked up by someone else, however the awful delivery company THEY decided to use DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG PLACE...and somehow that's MY fault? This needs to be fixed immediately.

Fashion nova uses LaserShip and they are thieves they will take a picture of your package as if they delivered it but they really steal and fashion nova will not except responsibility . I will never shop here again they are all thieves.

This is crazy how fashion nova has so many bad reviews. I use to order from this company a few years ago and never had a problem until now. My package was suppose to be delivered Wed on the 30th and I kept checking the tracking on the website and it kept saying TBD. I email the company and they said that the oder has got lost in transit and said a few time that it's not there fault that's the delivery fault. I asked for a refund since my package didn't get delivered and I never received it they say your refund is put in what 5 to 7 business days to receive your refund smh won't order from this site again.

Worst customer service. They are a fraud they do not refund when you ask for a return they give you gift credits. The delivery dates are not accurate and no support is received

Terrible customer service! Tried using the 40% discount several times, none of them worked! No one responds to emails either! Absolutely terrible service! Probably will never shop there again! Still no response!

Do Not I repeat Do Not order from Fashion Nova, their customer service is the worst.. I’m telling all my family and friends and whoever will listen to not purchase from this Company. Any company that doesn’t have a way to speak with a live person does not value you. I never received the merchandise and the store credit code they issued does not work. The reply I received was to clear cache, use another browser or use another device. Really but I tried all these things and to no prevail the code still doesn’t work. This has been going on for over a month and now no replies. Us as customers need to stick together and show them this is unacceptable business, when their sales are low they will eventually get the picture and make changes. They have lost my business for sure.

I never Ed received my boots ordered. The picture displayed by carrier was to the wrong door. It wasn’t my door I sent a picture of my door clearly showing my door had my apartment # I placed above the doorbell and no mat like their picture had. I was told wait 3 days for it to possibly show up. Then after the 3 days to kick rocks call the police on your neighbors for what it was the carrier’s mistake. I’m out the boots and money . Really all I did was support their business by making an order and this is how I and you will get treated if there are any issues.

Fashion Nova will charge you for overnight delivery and your items come days later. and i sent item back on 11/03/2022 i have receipt that they receive them and i have yet to be issued a credit. i was told 5 to 7 days it's been two weeks. i sent several emails Nothing

I placed an order and paid for one day delivery. Package was not delivered to UPS on time by fashion nova. I wasn't home to accept the package because I was traveling and I let fashion nova and UPS know. Asked for the package to be returned so it's not stolen. When I finally heard back from fashion nova, they did not address their shipping mishap, basically made it seem like it's my fault that the items did not arrive on time and had to be sent back. I offered to pick up the items early from UPS location, but UPS couldn't give me that option. Basically I paid over $160, received less than that they wouldn't refund my shipping fee and gave me a store credit that I can ONLY use at Fashion nova. If that isn't stealing, I don't know what is. If you can not guarantee you'll ship items to your customers on time when they pay for shipping, do not advertise as such and take their money and for God's sake, if you don't want too lose more customers explore other options for refunding people their money, that's good customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA IF YOU WANT A REFUND FOR A PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED. YOU'VE BEEN TOLD! I can't believe how many complaints for no delivery since the last year I have come across on different sites for Fashion Nova. You should never order from a company that does not offer refund or resend items if a package is not delivered at no fault of yours. My daughter placed this order. I was home all day and status said delivered, to who? I looked up the reviews for LSO (their delivery company) and bad reviews with a 1 rating. These companies are out here taking our money by not delivering our items. No customer service number or any way to get your money. They just lost a customer. Will try to dispute through my daughter's credit card. Goodbye Fashion Nova, my daughter will be shopping elsewhere. She spent a lot of money with ya'll and she is only 15. We will be spreading the word about the delivery policy. It's just a way to get free money saying item delivered when it was not. There is no way a company should have this many delivery complaints without the item being delivered. SCAMMERS!

Same issues as everyone else. Ordered shoes for a wedding, they came in a timely manner and they are honestly super cute. However, they don’t fit correctly. Anyways, I spent $28.06 on them. I go to start a return online and it gives you 2 options for return. Option 1: pay for a shipping label for $3.99. Option 2: find your own post office and deal with it then. So I just clicked the 2nd option to see what would happen and then there was no way to go back. Not to mention the estimated refund was only $19.99. So I go to my local post office they tell me it is going to cost $17 and some change to ship them back. So I’d get a total of $2 back? So I emailed them, they said there is nothing they can do. Keep the shoes , no refund.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE THEY TOLD ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT DONE TOLD ME WAIT 72 HOURS I WILL BE CONTACTED NOBODY CONTACTED ME THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO A INVESTIGATION NOPE THEY DIDN'T INSTEAD I RECEIVED A EMAIL SORRY NOTHING WE CAN DO AFTER SHOPPING WITH THEM OVER 6 YEARS

Fashion nova doesnt like helping their customers they just like taking their money. but when you need help they dont respond, have been trying to contact them and no call has gone through . they are no help. douoble charged me for something and didnt even send it out to me.

I ordered a sweater from FashionNova. Received the sweater, tried it on, it was too long. This took about 2 minutes. I didn't move from the initial spot where I tried it on. Sent the sweater back. I paid over $31 for the sweater. FashionNova reimbursed $15 and some change on a gift card for shopping at FashionNova. The website states that if item is damaged, washed or original tags not attached they charge 50% restocking fee. I wore the sweater for less than 2 minutes and did not remove the tags. This is a scam to keep customers money. Wish I could give them a zero star rating

Paid for express delivery. The day the order should have been delivered, It was still showing on their website that the package hadn't been shipped. I emailed and asked for a refund. Instead of the refund, they changed the status to shipped it the day after it should have been delivered. I never received the package. They refused to give me a refund.

Don't order from this company they have the worst customer service ordered from them said it was delivered there was nothing the driver didn't put in mail box or parcel locker they told me there nothing they can do for there mistake this company sucks
