“3 days writing that please help me get my package, 3 days because they asked me to wait 72 hours and this was their response Fashion Nova is not responsible for any delivered packages that may have been stolen or picked up by mistake. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our business, and I apologize for any way we may have inconvenienced you.”

“Not being able to get your refund money back from a multi million dollar company, is completely unethical. If I ordered something within 20 minutes I should be able to cancel it. Y’all moving like scammers, that are still working out the basement of ya momma house.”

“This company is completely incompetent and need to be shut down immediately! If you care about your funds be sure to never ever order from this site, I spent $190 be it took them almost a whole month to deliver my package and when I received a notification that has been delivered, best believe it was no where to be found. I got doorcam that has 360 degree view and nobody showed up to my doorstep. Most courier companies take pictures of the package on your doorstep to assure you it’s been delivered. The notification and time stamp on the app have a 6hrs gap, which shows you something is afoot. It’s a fraudulent site and need to be put out of business asap! Customer service is appalling with their automated messaging which shows you their level of concern. I urge anybody reading this to never use this site unless you want to go through a headache just to be told they can’t do anything about it. The sad part is I’m not they only complainant read through all the messages they seem to have the same issue.”

“I recently ordered a few jeans and a shirt totaling to $84 with expected delivery on 8-22. The day came and said it was delivered but never received it. I complained about I never received it and say said to get a hold of the shipper (ontrac) After contacting them they stated that packaged was delivered but I never received it. They opened up a investigation and was provided a case #. They told me to contact Fashion nova with you case # which I did. After going back and forth with them they told me unfortunately they cannot do anything about my lost. They said get a police report. Really ? For $84. This is a multimillion dollar company and the only thing they can do is to give me a $15 gift card due to my lost package. Can't even buy myself a jean with that. So sad !! Never again I will ever buy from them.”

“This company is a rip off. I bought two pairs of the same swimming shorts with two different colors. They sent me two items made of very different materials. They do not allow returns on these items and refused to refund me. Be careful!!”

“I received an email from you guys with an estimated delivery date of Friday I did not mean for express shipping I paid extra for Express when I was trying to pay for Rush and I got an email saying thank you for your order that my estimated delivery date was Friday I even reached out via social media I have a red carpet event on Friday and needed a dress and the fact that I had an estimated delivery date of Friday and now it's saying Monday is unacceptable I have been a devoted fashion Nova customer and this is really an emergency. Not to mention I put my order in on a Tuesday and I'm being told Monday for my delivery and I chose express shipping not to mention the countless times I have tagged your company in my photos and Hauls. If you place an order Tuesday how is the delivery date Monday when it's express shipping that's 6 days not three or four do not order from Fashion Nova if you are in an emergency and need an outfit”

“I wish I could give them 0 stars that's how bad this is. I have been ordering from fashionova for a few years now and never had this issue. I now believe they stopped sending out people packages and are taking people money. I ordered a package from them and paid extra for overnight shipping. everything came out to $150.04 the next day the package said delivered and when I looked outside there was no package. This is rediculous. When I contacted fashionova help center which is no longer a live person either (FISHY) I received a response to wait two day. I waited and still nothing so I contated them again and was told this time to contact Fedx or file a police report. I will be hiring a PI to investigate fashionova to help myself and all these other people that were scammed out there money. Fashionova said I "unfortunately they cannot issue a refund. I never heard of such. This company is now becoming a scam BE VERY CAREFUL.”

“I purchased this beautiful dress but it was too long. I returned it in a large box with other orders that I had to return. The customer care team told me that they will not issue a refund because I added this return to other returns and shipped them together. My returns totalled over 500 dollars. I have shopped from fashionnova for a couple of years now. Never had this issue. They refuse to give me a refund beware future buyer, unless you are sure you won't return it, I suggest you don't buy anything. They are a scam company. If you value your hard earned money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!”

“It has been a month and my order still has not arrived. Despite contacting Fashion Nova, I got a generic email saying international shipping can take 12-15 days. It is past this timeline and still no update on my tracking number or an estimated delivery date. No response from FN when followed up.”

“I have a wedding to attend next week… it is a formal wedding and I have to look nice. I purchased two dresses from fashion nova for $117. Paid for fast shipping so was a little extra. Figured my dresses would arrive quickly. The next day I got a message stating they were cancelling my purchase because my billing address didn’t match where I was sending it. But I was trying to send it to my girlfriends house 🤦‍♀️ Anyways, that part is understandable. Butttttt it’s now been 6 days and I still don’t have a refund. And the wedding is next Saturday and I still don’t have money or anything to wear now. So I’m not happy about that. I order off fashion nova a lot but this is ridiculous. Where is my money?”

“Think very hard before you order from Fashion Nova because your package may never arrive. I placed an almost $90 order, which may not be a lot to some people, and never received my package. Tracking said that it was placed in a parcel locker. I checked my mailbox 30 minutes after I received the notification, and there was no package nor notice regarding a delivery in my mailbox. I contacted Fashion Nova, and they basically said oh well, we shipped it. That was 5 days ago, and Fashion Nova will not allow me to submit a claim for a lost package. I feel very disappointed because I needed that outfit for my 45th High School reunion. I guess I will have to eat that loss because I will not receive a refund or store credit. Perhaps I am wrong and I could be however, in MY opinion, that is terrible customer service.”

“Never ever order from FN! Yeah there products look nice and you get excited for nothing. You either don't receive your product on time or not at all. You can't even talk to a live person. Scam scam scam! I purchased items weeks b4 talking a trip to Cancun. My package came days after I left so I returned them which was a hassle to do. Then when they received the package they never refunded my money. I had to call my credit card company and report that FN received the package but never refunded the money back to my card. To all customers, report any money not put back into your account with your bank and or report it as you never made the purchase with your bank or credit card company so you can receive your money back. Fashion Nova has become a scam company since covid with little to no concern about there clients and there customer service tactics. Just avoid them all together.”

“I purchased both my items a month ago still no updates on their tracking still according to the tracking they haven't even left the USA let alone on its wat to Australia, customer service is a joke saying there is not an issue continue to wait to a given date then when that date comes and goes with no change on tracking told to wait again ,I wish I had never heard of this rubbish lieing company ,never ever again just hoping PayPal get my money back ,avoid these people at all costs”

“I have been ordering from this company for many years now, spending thousands of dollars throughout the years. I recently placed an order in July 2022 for merchandise over $200 worth. The items according to Fashion Nova were delivered. I was at my home the day of the delivery and I did not receive my package. I received other packages but not Fashion Novas package. I immediately reached put to their customer service and they responded stating they are not responsible for stolen merchandise and that I should file a police report. This is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Horrible customer service! I feel scammed and robbed of my hard earned money.”

“Horrible customer service refuse to send my other heel after sending me two right shoes. Told me I’m over the damage deadline the items are not damage they sent me two of the same heels. Never worn I also hate that they never give you your money back only a gift card. What if I don’t want to shop with the company any more!”
