Have made two purchases with them and paid for one day shipping on both. Needless to say did not receive it and when you contact customer service they say please refer to out shipping guide. Why even offer 2 day or even one day shipping if you know you can not handle getting to the customer. They are truly the worst with certain things. The quality of the clothes I ordered was good. I don't know why they cant get their act together. I was suppose to get my order today (1/31/23) and now Im told it should arrive by 2/4/23 but if it doesn't arrive by 2/5/23 to contact customer service and they will do something then.
