Package was not delivered, partial refund was issued and the larger portion was held regardless of me contacting customer service to state i have not received refund. I had to go through a 3rd party to get a refund. The most recent order was received on March 21st and an item is damaged. I contact customer service 4-5 times (through their website and via email). I am yet to receive a response. Therefore going forward I will ceased ordering from Fashion Nova.
