I have been shopping with Fashion Nova for years, no problem. Last month, December 22, 2022, I ordered two jumpsuits. They said my items were delivered December 28th, 2022. They was absolutely NO DELIVERY!! There is no customer service. I contacted UPS, the shipper, to file a claim, who contacted Fashion Nova. Fashion Nova did NOTHING!! Told me to file a police report. I lost $60.00. I will NEVER order anything from Fashion Nova again.
