I am a frequent shopper on this website. Recently, I purchased 3 dresses. When I received the package, 2 of the dresses were missing from the order. I contacted customer service, and they took a while before they replied. They stated that they shipped my items and it's their right to deny a refund or replacement, stating that an irregular or excessive history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items. where is the record of this? there was only one other similar incident a couple of years ago, where I also did not receive an item. They suck! They make no accommodations for customers responsible for keeping them in business. I wish I could give zero stars!!
