“Do not order from these if your in the uk! They lost my parcel and basically said nothing they can do I need to sort it! Even though cost me £11 for delivery!! I complained and they and they offered me store credit! Like I would ever shop again I want my money back!! Messaged on twitter for them to Publicly say oh they will get this sorted for me and to dm them. To be ghosted since and not had any replies! shame on the brand I want my money back!!”

“don’t order from fashion nova, just go to SHEIN. charge you for everything and when you need to something back they charge you and only give you store credit not your money back. this place is horrible I see why they was sued more than once. I can see a third law suit come through. DON’T ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA.”

“My code didn't take I noticed when I checked out informed them immediately sorry we don't cancel orders and will only give you FASHION NOVA MONEY! I Have ordered from them before and shipping was an issue and again shipping is late my orders went from arriving yesterday to in transit today . Terrible customer service as you will never speak to a live representative. So YES THEY DESERVE 1 ⭐”

“I will never order from Fashion Nova again! My package was delivered to the wrong apartment! UPS did an investigation and it was determined my package was misdelivered -- I never received my order! From the time I received the message my package was at the front door (but wasn't) I sent multiple messages to Fashion Nova via the website. No one ever replied. In addition, an UPS agent advised me after the investigation information was sent to Fashion Nova to advised I never received my order and UPS was waiting on them to reply so my case can be closed. Fashion Nova never replied back to UPS. Not to mention, I used Afterpay. Afterpay keeps sending messages to submit payment. I refuse to pay for merchandise I didn't receive. Finally, I figure out a way to email Afterpay the UPS investigation information that was email to me. The person who replied via advised me to dispute the order. Fashion Nova is using the email communications to get over on their customer. How can you refuse to not help your customers and Why is Fashion Nova refusing to contact the 3rd parties like Afterpay to say hey this customer didn't receive their, so they don't owe anything please update all information according or reply back to the shipping companies when evidence has been provided! Fashion Nova is becoming a fraud by using the email communications as way to take customers money! I'm begging you please don't order from Fashion Nova because if your package is misdelivered or something goes wrong, they won't respond, and you won't get your money back!”

“My last two orders have been delayed for an unreasonable time in arriving. I’ve noticed that if you order items just before they offer the 1 day shipping offer, my order is waylaid. If you can get packages to people in one day, it should never take 2 weeks for an order to be delivered. I am dissatisfied with the service.”

“After all this my blouse was delivered today July 8, a whole week and a day later after trhey insisted they delivered it on July3 ! I had bought from Shein a similar blouse not long after my Fashion Nova blouse wasn't delivered and I like the look of the Fashion Nova one better, and I also bought a similar outfit but it's not short sleeve like the one I bought from Fashion Nova, I wouldn't have spent this extra $ that I can't usually afford if this hadn't happened, I bought the outfit from Shein not expecting to receice it from Fashion Nova, it's supposed to be delivered on July 10.”

“I wrote this to be posted on the Better Business Bureau's site with 1000's of other bad reviews from customers who had similar or same kinds of bad experiences with Lasership and I just sent it to my state attorney general too. I also sent the BBB a complaint letter. So far I haven't heard back from them. My shirt from Fashion Nova was originally supposed to be delivered on July 6, but I checked on this site early on Sunday July 2, and it now said that it was going to be delivered this day, it said it was out for delivery but a few hours later it said that they attempted to deliver it but couldn't because of security and signature reasons. I gave instructions on Ontrac's site which is a part of Lasership for them to please call me when they are ready to deliver my order because the intercoms are broken at my apartment building and only USPS has a key and they always leave my items securely inside on the first floor,and I have had items stolen left outside by Fedex,UPS etc. Lasership customer service agent called me back about an hour before they claimed to deliver my package and he said he sees my instructions and he assured me that I would get my package today. Shortly After 11 am on Sunday July 1, I got A phone call from Lasership telling me the delivery guy was outside my building I asked what side of my building A Or C she said C and said he left it there so I went Down just 1 or 2 minutes later but there is *NO* package inside or outside the front or back doors! I called and left my number with Lasership for them to call me back but they never did and I sent them an email too but I haven't gotten anything back. On July 3, I saw on Fashion Nova's site that my second package was going to be delivered by Lasership by July 10, so I canceled it, their site said Sorry we'll try to do better, then a few minutes later they sent me an email saying that they couldn't cancel it because it's already been processed! I'm sure this order won't be delivered either,it will be a miracle if it does. I deserve and want my $29.04 back! Lasership absolutely should be shut down out of business, I signed a Change.org petition yesterday that over 8000 signed to Protect Your Packages! Permanently Shut Down Lasership! And there are 1000's of customers on many other review sites besides here saying the same complaints about them. I never even heard of Lasership before and I and other customers didn't choose to use them,the store I and they bought it from unfortunately did. Ontrac sent me an email still falsely claiming it was delivered and Fashion Nova is unjustly listening to them!”

“My order number is 49794565. My item did not look like photo. It was a dress that look more like a rag. Thin, see through, threads coming off. I had to pay $8 to return. Then post office lost my package, so fashion nova refused to give me store credit. I was out $30 for dress plus the $8 for the return label. Customer service is garbage and return policies are poor. Quality of clothes is pretty bad also.”

“I ordered a lot of items and they send it in 2 package which I only received one of the package that only was half of my order and the carrier that they used marked delivered but I never received my package and now I have to pay more than $500 dollars because they customer service can’t help and can’t do nothing about it”

“Don’t do it! Fashion Nova has a horrible return policy. I ordered multiple items final cost was over $150, half of the items didn’t fit and the other half did not look like the picture, but Fashion Nova would not allow me to return the items that did not look like pictures, because they were on sale. Cool! However, the other items did not fit were returned, but Fashion Nova only offers a store credit. I do not want to do business with Fashion Nova, but I am forced to use my store credit on products I do not like. Remember, they do not refund your money back to your card; only store credit. Don’t waist your money and time!! Find a reputable fashion store with legitimate customer oriented refund policies.”

“Let me walk you through the math: order an item and pay shipping, return the item and pay return fee, now what little is left over is returned as store credit. So your choice is between keeping your shoddy product or getting store credit to buy more shoddy products??”

“I not sure why there are some reviews that say items are of good quality. They are not. They also, only partially refund you if the sell out of the item after you buy it. The are not upfront about their return policies.”

“I strongly urge you to think twice before ordering from Fashionova due to their extremely unfair returns policy. If you return anything you purchase from them they will not refund you - only give you store credit. Extremely poor customer service - but Fashionova do not care about this. They want to hold on to your money as they know the percentage of us that will reorder using that store credit is limited (meaning they keep your money but also have the opportunity to sell the item you returned making further profit). You’ve also lost money on the original shipping fee plus the return shipping fee.”

“This is the worse place to buy anything and get a refund or do a return. They charge you separately for each item you return and ontop of that you cannot get your money because they refuse to let you spend it anywhere else except with. Them. They give a gift card. Fashion Nova is a thieving business that does not give a damn about it's customers. People need to boycott.themboycott.”
