“I never Ed received my boots ordered. The picture displayed by carrier was to the wrong door. It wasn’t my door I sent a picture of my door clearly showing my door had my apartment # I placed above the doorbell and no mat like their picture had. I was told wait 3 days for it to possibly show up. Then after the 3 days to kick rocks call the police on your neighbors for what it was the carrier’s mistake. I’m out the boots and money . Really all I did was support their business by making an order and this is how I and you will get treated if there are any issues.”

“Fashion Nova will charge you for overnight delivery and your items come days later. and i sent item back on 11/03/2022 i have receipt that they receive them and i have yet to be issued a credit. i was told 5 to 7 days it's been two weeks. i sent several emails Nothing”

“I placed an order and paid for one day delivery. Package was not delivered to UPS on time by fashion nova. I wasn't home to accept the package because I was traveling and I let fashion nova and UPS know. Asked for the package to be returned so it's not stolen. When I finally heard back from fashion nova, they did not address their shipping mishap, basically made it seem like it's my fault that the items did not arrive on time and had to be sent back. I offered to pick up the items early from UPS location, but UPS couldn't give me that option. Basically I paid over $160, received less than that they wouldn't refund my shipping fee and gave me a store credit that I can ONLY use at Fashion nova. If that isn't stealing, I don't know what is. If you can not guarantee you'll ship items to your customers on time when they pay for shipping, do not advertise as such and take their money and for God's sake, if you don't want too lose more customers explore other options for refunding people their money, that's good customer service.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA IF YOU WANT A REFUND FOR A PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED. YOU'VE BEEN TOLD! I can't believe how many complaints for no delivery since the last year I have come across on different sites for Fashion Nova. You should never order from a company that does not offer refund or resend items if a package is not delivered at no fault of yours. My daughter placed this order. I was home all day and status said delivered, to who? I looked up the reviews for LSO (their delivery company) and bad reviews with a 1 rating. These companies are out here taking our money by not delivering our items. No customer service number or any way to get your money. They just lost a customer. Will try to dispute through my daughter's credit card. Goodbye Fashion Nova, my daughter will be shopping elsewhere. She spent a lot of money with ya'll and she is only 15. We will be spreading the word about the delivery policy. It's just a way to get free money saying item delivered when it was not. There is no way a company should have this many delivery complaints without the item being delivered. SCAMMERS!”

“Same issues as everyone else. Ordered shoes for a wedding, they came in a timely manner and they are honestly super cute. However, they don’t fit correctly. Anyways, I spent $28.06 on them. I go to start a return online and it gives you 2 options for return. Option 1: pay for a shipping label for $3.99. Option 2: find your own post office and deal with it then. So I just clicked the 2nd option to see what would happen and then there was no way to go back. Not to mention the estimated refund was only $19.99. So I go to my local post office they tell me it is going to cost $17 and some change to ship them back. So I’d get a total of $2 back? So I emailed them, they said there is nothing they can do. Keep the shoes , no refund.”

“THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE THEY TOLD ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT DONE TOLD ME WAIT 72 HOURS I WILL BE CONTACTED NOBODY CONTACTED ME THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO A INVESTIGATION NOPE THEY DIDN'T INSTEAD I RECEIVED A EMAIL SORRY NOTHING WE CAN DO AFTER SHOPPING WITH THEM OVER 6 YEARS”

“Fashion nova doesnt like helping their customers they just like taking their money. but when you need help they dont respond, have been trying to contact them and no call has gone through . they are no help. douoble charged me for something and didnt even send it out to me.”

“I ordered a sweater from FashionNova. Received the sweater, tried it on, it was too long. This took about 2 minutes. I didn't move from the initial spot where I tried it on. Sent the sweater back. I paid over $31 for the sweater. FashionNova reimbursed $15 and some change on a gift card for shopping at FashionNova. The website states that if item is damaged, washed or original tags not attached they charge 50% restocking fee. I wore the sweater for less than 2 minutes and did not remove the tags. This is a scam to keep customers money. Wish I could give them a zero star rating”

“Paid for express delivery. The day the order should have been delivered, It was still showing on their website that the package hadn't been shipped. I emailed and asked for a refund. Instead of the refund, they changed the status to shipped it the day after it should have been delivered. I never received the package. They refused to give me a refund.”

“Fashion Nova is very inconsiderate to customers'distress. In June 2022, I placed an order for some items. Though FN took my money for shipping and taxes and duties, I am yet to receive those items. I reached out to the company and they said there was a delay with the shipping. I waited. The items never arrived. I reached out and they said that there was an issue with the shipping company, which they have no control over. I asked for a full refund, they refused citing that their refund policy only gives store credit. I ordered the same items again, same story. Using the store credit, I order the same items 4 times and never received them, while Fashion Nova has my f**king money. I pleaded with them that another gift card is useless if I have to endure the same disappointment. I said, refund me my money, to I can shop else where. They never did. They issued a gift care which I have not and will not use. I need my money back! I'll never spend a $1 there ever. My thing is, if the company cared one bit, they see to it that in such a situation I get my refund. Clearly, a problem that occurred 4 times will continue to occur.”

“Order a pair of boots not even a week ago the boots don't fit, I paid $81 and some change for them boots, full price, fashion Nova told me they were a final sale and I couldn't exchange them or get a refund, these are boots, it just turned October and nowhere did I read final sale, the QUALITY is CHEAP, I also ordered a little jacket with the boots, CHEAP QUALITY. Now I'm stuck with a pair of boots that I can't even wear, fashion Noah is a rip off they know their clothes is CHEAP QUALITY and that's why they don't want to exchange or you to return them. One of the worst companies ever Fashion Nova, never again 🖕🏾🖕🏾💯💯”

“Fashion nova is the absolute worst clothing website that I have ever bought from. The timing on delivery is longer than you can ever expect. The quality of the clothing is nothing of what they tell you. Their size charts don’t match. And they will never never refund you even when the product is allowed to be refunded. I’ve spent $200 plus on clothing. Everything was so out of size and out of sort that I wanted to send it back. For a full refund. They only gave me a gift receipt so that I still had to purchase from their website. Needless to say I bought make up and that’s probably the only good thing that came out of it. I would never ever ever recommend fashion nova to anybody. Poor quality, poor customer service, and just not good product at all.”

“From and will Making payments on items I never gotten. My first time buying from them and most likely will be my last time. There customer service is all bot chat. I lost a 100.00 just ripped off online. It's been over a week now.”

“I placed an order and it automatically modified my shipping address Once I changed my billing address and I didn’t notice until check out when the order had been processed. I emailed them And I didn’t get a response until the next day saying that they were unable to change the address or make any changes to the order. The order had not even been processed or shipped. Now my order is going to be delivered to the wrong address and they are not going to do anything about it, they won’t let you change your order nor cancel it once it’s been placed. I find it ridiculous that they won’t let you mo modify your order when it hasn’t even been shipped out or processed. their customer support is horrible. You can’t talk to an agent directly. You have to email them and they won’t respond right away. I’m never ordering from Fashion Nova ever again after reading the reviews.”

“Y’all kept harassing me to place an order to receive rush shipping so I did under the assumption that my order would be here today. Emailed your customer service department and I a condescending email as though I was dumb or didn’t understand what rush meant. When it was clear as day that if I placed my order before 2 pm EST it would be here tomorrow. Seems you guys are itching for another day in court.”
