“By far the worst site in History. Placed a order Supposedly shipped today is now 02/07 and I still haven't received my package says they have sent it. Never again! Customer Service said they have sent it i have a picture that the item have still an process and give you a standard message that doesn't even go with you email you sent. I wish I could give no stars because 1 is to many. first they said they have delivered now they said they are out of stock .”

“Merchant and website did not put complete address and delivery could not be made. Even though my account profile has the full address, they provided the same address and left the street number”

“Have made two purchases with them and paid for one day shipping on both. Needless to say did not receive it and when you contact customer service they say please refer to out shipping guide. Why even offer 2 day or even one day shipping if you know you can not handle getting to the customer. They are truly the worst with certain things. The quality of the clothes I ordered was good. I don't know why they cant get their act together. I was suppose to get my order today (1/31/23) and now Im told it should arrive by 2/4/23 but if it doesn't arrive by 2/5/23 to contact customer service and they will do something then.”

“I placed an order for two pairs of pants. I ordered from the “petite” section size XS because I’m 5’2” and as recommended on their website “petite” is for those 5’3” and under. I received my package and one pair of pants came in the “regular” XS size pants. I contacted FN email customer service and they have been completely impossible. At first they asked for pictures of the wrong item revived which I provided and they approved my request to return and get the correct item. Then they told me I had to pay for return shipping on the item they incorrectly sent me. After some back and forth, they decided out of nowhere that I no longer was eligible to return the wrong item they sent me. I have the email treads which prove this. This company is a total scam.”

“The worst company. Kept my returned items and didn’t refund money saying it was final sale. They also charge you a fee for returns m. Go to SHEIN for a better shopping experience. Fashionova are a bunch of scammers!!”

“Item never received and when contacted they said it was delivered which it wasn't. Asked for a refund and they said they wouldn't and that it was my problem. Don't buy from this company.”

“im reading everyone eles review and im sorta nervous suppose to have an item delivered tomorrow now getting some weird message online saying waiting on delivery receipt from sender evern though they have some timeline up there that clearly shows times and dates shipped to these in between cities. I used my visa and I am ABSOLUTELY the wrong one to fraud🎯 if you used visa contact and let them go after them visa has a buyers protection AUTOMATIC for its users even if its debit. hope this helps someone and praying I dont have to use it myself. BUT I WILL!”

“I have been shopping with Fashion Nova for years, no problem. Last month, December 22, 2022, I ordered two jumpsuits. They said my items were delivered December 28th, 2022. They was absolutely NO DELIVERY!! There is no customer service. I contacted UPS, the shipper, to file a claim, who contacted Fashion Nova. Fashion Nova did NOTHING!! Told me to file a police report. I lost $60.00. I will NEVER order anything from Fashion Nova again.”

“If 0 stars was an option than that would’ve been my choice. I ordered in Nov. 2022, paid $159, never received order. Received an email from FN stating they are not responsible once it leaves their company, they are not responsible for the shipping company (LSO) in which they are paid by FN to deliver their customers order. Per FTC, FN is reliable. I don’t work as hard as I do to give money away. I have written over 20 emails and still nothing. They gave me $15 credit for a $159 order that is still sitting at LSO. FN sucks. I will never order from this company again. I would advise anyone to do the same”

“Customer service is poor. Never received an item I ordered and emailed them asking for the item several times, only to never receive it. Shipping takes about a week and a half! Just ridiculous!”

“I placed an order from them and changed the address in the shipping area to the correct address. Once the order was placed, it reverted back to my old address so I reached out to them about changing the address. Literally 2 hours after the order was placed and they state that they cannot change the address which means that I won't receive the items. So then I quickly re order and verify the address change, and once again, it reverted back to my old address. This is now 2 orders that they state that they cannot change, basically immediately after the order was placed. So then I ask to cancel the orders. Guess what? They can't cancel the orders either. So now I have 2 orders that I cannot receive and cannot cancel when just ordered. So then I ask, if I by some chance can get the packages shipped to me from my old address that they are shipping it to, can I return them for a refund. Guess what again? No refunds. Only store credits. Terrible company to deal with. Now I'm out 300 dollars and won't receive the items, and even if I did, no refund.”

“Fashionnova is crazy! I saw a pink jumpsuit on their website in December for about 35.00, now today I am seeing that very same jumpsuit for 64.00 and there is a notification next to it saying buy one get one free!! I was totally appalled because all they did was up the prize of the jumpsuit and now claiming if you buy one you get one frre..RIDICULOUS!! It just means that if you do pay the 64.00 for the jumpsuit you are basically buying two jumpsuits at the original price of 34.00..That is so underhanded....that is why I will choose SHEIN ANYDAY OVER FASHIONNOVA. Shein do not play those sneaky deceiving games as Fashionnova does.”

“The Worst Customer Service in the Whole World!!!!! I’ve been a FN customer the past 5 years and I ordered more than 70 times from that site. A few days ago I ordered two items and then I received an email that one of them got cancelled. I did the order specifically for that item. Fashionnova decided to refund me for that specific item and proceed with the order with the other remaining item without asking me if I'm interested in the order as it is now or not. They didn’t even bother asking me if I’m interested in replacing it in another item. I asked to cancel my order because it was not what I order and the item I really wanted apparently was out of stock before I ordered it, and they insolently said they can’t cancel my order although it was their mistake! I was extremely disappointed and contacted their customer service 5 times and all the 5 representatives are either ignorant or pretended to be ignorant and responded with ignorance and irrelevance to my request in order to go around the issue and to proceed with the order. I asked 5 times to be contacted by a manager, and I never have. I’ve had issues with them in the past, but this time, they by far crossed the line and I’m going to spread the word everywhere!! They’ve just lost a very valuable customer, whom of course, they don’t value at all.”

“I purchased a few items but the size showed up differently after it was processed . Contacted customer service immediately and was told it was too late to cancel or change my order. It hadn’t even been 5 minutes. Their customer service is crappy then they want you to pay for returning the items. What a waist of time. Also they did not honor the extra 10% off on a future order as promised. They only care about sales any issue you have you are on your own . All you will receive is automatic messages and excuses.”

“Same review as everyone else. Package never delivered and terrible customer service with actually no service. They refused to contact their carrier and investigate further. Conclusion : I lost 85 $ that they refuse to reimburse. They only issued me a 15$ gift card lol after several emails. It was my first time shopping here and I can assure you that this company is a joke and a scam, do NOT purchase from this website if you don't want to loose your money over nothing.”

“Lasership said they delivered my packages to my front door which is a lie. They only way this delivery company could have gotten through my gates to get through my apartments is by calling my phone to get buzzed in my gates. I have sent fashion nova 15 emails letting them know about my product and they are refusing to give my money back. Who has $85 bucks to just give away to a company. Fashion nova is out here scamming people out of money and it’s not fair. Then I was sent a email saying they will give a 1 time courtesy for $75 on a gift card. Like wtf that is not all of my money I spent. I paid for two pair of boots and that’s what I should have gotten. Fashion Nova is using a Delivery company that many of people have complained about and yet nothing is being done. I highly suggest that anyone that is experiencing the same situation with fashion Nova file a complaint with the BBB which is what I will be doing. This company is a scam and it’s disgusting especially during the holidays. I will never buy anything else from Fashion Nova. The nerve of This company to only issue a gift card for half of the price of what I paid. Fashion Nova need to be shut down immediately.”
