Very disappointed! I shop from fashionnova many times before and never had an issue. However, this holiday season I checked out on Nov 27th ($250) and it’s now 12/14. I still have no package. Preprinting shipping labels and providing false tracking information is a serious let down! I would have been completely happy with a email stating that shipment would be delayed. I was worried for days about a missing package and reached out to fashion nova help twice. I finally called the Carrier who informed me that they never received my package & I was the 100293 call about fashionnova to their facility. Fashionnova - you owe customers a serious apology for the inconvenience.
