I'm a loyal customer!! I order Christmas gift for my daughter on 11/26/2020. Received my normal email that my order was shipped on 11/28/2020 ! Never received my order!! I have sent several claims regarding this issue. I even contacted United Delivery Service, who reports they never received the order and I should contact OneLiveX!! This is a JOKE right??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Now My daughter has nothing for Christmas!!! I really cant believe this!!!
