Trying to get ahold of a rep is ridiculous and very difficult.
I've paid taxes and duties upon checkout from fashionnova with PROOF. Now my delivery service is claiming I owe $117 in taxes and duties as well. I don't understand why I have to pay twice? Between fashionnova and the delivery service, I can't get any straight answers....HELP!!!!
