I see a lot of people talking about the tracking. It kind of worried me also so I tried to get information on my package from chat support, but during that time there was no agents available. This is what I am going to suggest. As soon as FN chat support opens for you; 7am PST & 10 EST. Type in agent. Then ask your agent for a tracking number.
