I place an order for over $200.00 for Black Friday. My package was scheduled to be delivered on 12/8/20. Instead, my package has been stuck in Woodridge, Illinois since December 7 th. No update. I have email over 20 times, all i get is generic emails and a gift card. I want my order those are Christmas gifts. I will never order from fashionova again. Very unprofessional. There’s is no way to talk anyone only email. Today is 12/22/20 and no update still stuck!
