I ordered items, 11/17, 11/27, and 12/1. I only got one package thus far and Christmas is this week. They have the worst customer service, since you are speaking with a system agent. After calling they said, call back tomorrow if you don't get your package, not after I waited online as the 99 th caller and you want me to call back! I checked my order status and my Dec 1 st order states it will arrive Dec 24 the and my Dec 7 order on Dec 31st!!!
