Same story as everyone else. Ordered 4 items for Black Friday around November 23rd, now it’s been over a month and have yet to hear back. Have emailed various places through FN and onelivex and nothing. Can’t get ahold of anyone via customer service. Complete lack of care for their customers, clearly.
