“I am going to the BBB also. I ordered my daughters Christmas gifts from Fashion Nova on November 27th it’s now December 27th and I have not received any of my packages and not even an update from the delivery company OneLiveX. When I contacted Fashion Nova they told me to contact OneLiveX by email. The last thing I heard from OneLiveX was on 12/15 that my package has been delayed in Woodridge and is not yet with UDS. Now I put in my tracking number & that’s not even working anymore. I spent over $100 & I am not happy. I need answers right away.
