I am extremely disappointed I would give no stars if it was an option. If I had known how difficult it is to receive assistance and receive my package I wouldn’t have bought anything from this store... I have placed an order in November 2020 and have been contacting Fashion Nova since. I hardly received any assistance I ordered Items over R2000 and have not received a thing. I only received assistance on how to pay and nothing after that. I contacted fashion nova via email as there is no contact number, I called dhl eCommerce countless times, contacted my local customs and the package seems to be non existent. I am extremely disappointed by your customer service. I want a full refund and I am really hoping that I did not buy into a scam. If I had known that it would be this difficult to receive my package and get assistance I would’ve never made a purchase. I am hoping that this review will help me to get assistance from you.
