I ordered on 11/28/2020 and paid for expedited delivery and still no package. Tracking tells me its in Memphis for the last month at the Fedex facility. I have 2 open case numbers but customer service NEVER gets back to me. Try using the customer service chat - yeah right. Don't buy from these people and report them to you banks for stealing your money!
