I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I became a new customer in November, 2020. I really liked their clothes and made two separate orders. I live in the UK so I received a note that said I needed to go to Royal Mail and pay the Customs Fee before getting the parcel. I went to Royal Mail and refused the first parcel as I did not want to pay anything extra. I did exactly the same thing when I received a note for the second parcel - I went again to Royal Mail and refused the parcel. They confirmed that they would send it back to FashionNova which I'm sure they did. After two months I realised that I haven't received the refund I emailed Fashion Nova's Customer Services and they replied with a very short email to say that they can't see anything on their system and are asking me for some proof. There is no proof as I did not accept the two parcels and refused them. I paid £31.92 and £54.72 for the two parcels and I still have not received a refund. How awful this is? I feel so fooled now and have totally changed my opinion about this company that does NOT care about their customers at all. I am 100% honest customer and would never ask for a refund if I had received the items.
