Scammers.
No refunds, only store credits. Rude customer service reps,
Poor quality of clothing, and shipping sucks. It took more than 2 months before I recieved my clothes. I didn"t like none of the items anyways. But, I couldn't return them Fashionova said. So they deliver your items late, only to put you in a no refund category. That's how they steal your money.
