The lack of ways to reach out to you guys really hurts you. I’ve ordered a package expected to be here by February 2nd and it’s been sitting in Georgia for months. I’ve tried to contact y’all to no avail and I obviously can’t return something I haven’t received. Very disappointed in what you advertise compared to what I’ve received (or haven’t in my case). Please understand where I’m coming from
