On Tuesday, I purchased a dress needed for Saturday. I paid for expedited shipping as it stated "receive by Friday". On Thursday I checked back to get the tracking number and it showed the order was still in process (hadn't shipped) and ETA for delivery was Monday. I emailed customer service and was told that the order would be processed by Friday and then shipped for expedited delivery. I requested the order be cancelled since it wasn't processed and I was told that couldn't be done, and that I would have to wait to receive the product, then return the product for store credit only. No thank you. You tricked me into spending extra money and then find a way to not give me my money back. I'll take my business elsewhere.
