I purchased something from fashion nova and it didn't fit. I returned the item with tracking confirmation. They wouldn't issue a refund instead they gave gift card. Go to use gift card and it says "no longer avaliable". Been emailing for 2 months and they tell me "clean my cache, try different web browser, call and talk to bank, and/or they issue me the SAME gift card that doesn't work. So I am out of money and product. If you order, make sure you keep because trying to return, you'll get robbed. Just saying🤷♀️ can I give a 0 star?
