I ordered something from fashionnova and paid 9.99 for 4 day shipping. They did not honor the 4 day shipping as it has been 6 days and I still have not received my order. I tried using their customer service online (as they do not take calls anymore) and it just sends me in circles. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop with fashionnova again.
