I returned $95 in items to Fashion Nova & was issued a return e-gift card which they sent to my old email from 5 years ago. When I contact them to update to my current email they said nothing they can do. I can't update it & they won't send to my current email. There is no customer service phone either. I have spent thousands over the years on this site & are ruining it over $95. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? THIEVES!! SAVE YOUR $$!!
