My daughter ordered 400AUD worth of clothes 8 weeks ago and they have not arrived! When we contacted FashionNova we were told they would look into why the delivery hadn't arrived and that was the last we heard! Nothing! and now nobody is communicating with us at all. We have requested a refund but still no response from the company. This is appalling customer service. I would NOT advise purchasing anything from this company. There are plenty of good, reliable and HONEST online vendors out there, do NOT trust Fashion Nova with your hard earned cash.
