I paid the extra 9.99 so that I can receive my package by a certain date. My package arrived very late so I no longer need the clothes that I ordered. I been trying to reach customer service , however they make you fill out a form and they suppose to respond back to you later. Two weeks later no response back and now I’m stuck with clothes I no longer need. In order to return the items you have to pay for return shipping. smh
