I ordered $78 worth of items for a trip in two weeks. I NEVER received a confirmation email from fashion nova after they debited my account. I tried to call but they have an automated message saying “we turned off our phones…” and then advises you to contact them through their website. Only problem with this is if you don’t have your order number (in this case I didn’t because they never emailed me), you cannot proceed to the next screen! I even tried looking up “my orders” on their website and it said I didn’t order anything! I’ve made a complaint with PayPal! Celebrities should be ashamed of themselves for advertising this rip off company!!
