Their carrier stated they delivered my package and it was never delivered. I had to make 3 claims in order for them to reach back out to me and when they finally did fashionova did a 2 hour investigation and stated the carrier said it was delivered and they cant do anything PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they are STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY SERIOUSLY !!
