If you have ordered from fashionnova in Australia and have no idea where your order is I would advise using parcelsapp.com just to check if there is another tracking number provided. I used my tracking number that fashionnova provided me with and luckily the information showed a second tracking number was created through couriers please and that they had my package. This may work for you, so it’s worth a try since contacting customer support gets you no where!!!
