Very disappointed with the customer service I received. Ordered over $200+ worth of clothing only to stop receiving updates on the 13th. Was told to contact the shipping company if I wanted to make a claim. Then I contacted the shipping company to only be told that I had to contact Fashion Nova! Very VERY unhappy with this as I STILL HAVE NOT received any sort of help/resolution. Have never had this problem with them before but I can gladly say that I will NOT be ordering from them again. Waste of money and time.
