My order was said to be delivered to a "mail room". My condo community has an open unsecured mailbox area for which is accessible to all tenants and anyone who visits. My package was STOLEN, yet since the poor excuse for a delivery company (a private company chosen by Fashion Nova) marked it as delivered Fashion Nova has refused to refund or replace my items. I've been going back and forth with Fashion Nova investigation team and the delivery company since October 17, a day after the package was allegedly delivered. No one wants to take responsibility for the negligence. I will no longer be patronizing their establishment and I will encourage others to stay clear. They do not care about their customers concerns, but why should they. Especially after receiving the payment. The picture I am providing is the same picture I provided Fashion Nova. Let me know if this is a Mail Room?
