I understand automated responses can be helpful but that is all I have received. Their system is “unable to process a return at this time” which has been ongoing since 12/27. The clothes were delivered on 12/21 and it was a Christmas present. I started the return on 12/27 but kept getting the same response from their system. So I reached out to their customer service (which is almost impossible to figure out) then I kept getting the same response from their customer service team and then was told I couldn’t return it since it had been over 14 days even though I have been trying since 12/27. They eventually gave me $15 store credit when the dress itself was $50. They are unable to generate a shipping label for me and in the end gave me the same exact automated response telling me how to do a return. So PLEASE BEWARE of the items you may be wary on as this may become an issue for you.
