I asked a simple question “have they received the items?” I provided both the receipt, order # and items returned - all they could ask, 13 correspondences later, was the tracking number – again and again – they didn’t bother checking whether the items were successfully received. There was no tracking number. I provided the receipt + order #, items returned - 13 correspondences and counting, they’re still asking for the same thing. • They refuse to issue refunds, but not even a gift card in sight.
