Very bad company, I purchased about a year ago and returned the items, one pair of pants had a hole the others didn't fit, I returned the items, there is no customer service so I had to e-mail they claim they never received the return. Stupidly I ordered from them again about a year later, items arrived some didn't fit so I returned them this time I got a receipt from the post office to prove I sent the items back, on their website it states Majority of the time they gift E-Gift Cards I e-mailed customer service and asked what items do they give refunds for, I just got the run around never could tell me any item they would refund, I suggested to them their website should say we don't refund 100% of the time and shoppers would be aware ahead of time. I like companies who are straight forward, this one is not.
