I placed a order on February 4th, here it is February 14th and still no package!! I ordered for Valentine's. This is a sorry company....they don't have a phone number for you to call and talk to them plus you can't email them. On the help website it says wait 5 days after it gets to the ones thats delivering your package they will get in contact with them but until then they can't do anything about itš£this is crazy and sad.. when my package should of been delivered already. I will never buy anything with them again!! I will be contacting the BBB.
