This literally happened yesterday: The items I placed in my cart were marked down by 50% and I was happy to pay the $158 + tax at checkout. Come to find I had been charged $245 and the prices on my order review were totally different. I contacted them immediately and all they keep saying is for me to wait for the order and ship it back for a gift card - Hello?!! The stuff hasn’t even been shipped and they want me to jump through hoops to get my money back after ripping me off… make this make sense. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as maybe the sale at the time of purchase was over, but then I get angry again because they shouldn’t have let me think I was paying $158 + tax at checkout. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! Guys, stay away from Fashion Nova unless you want to cry.
