Think twice before u used this company, I have experienced very late orders. Recently ordered items on March 10th, showing a delivery date now in April. The product been sitting in Concord NC for about a week seriously. I can't get a hold of customer service. I think I may need to contact my bank for a refund. When u call the 800 number, u can't speak with a customer service rep. So, if something goes wrong , what can u do, I have sent three emails to customer service , no response but one time when I asked for a refund on the express shipping costs. The CEO needs to cascade effective efficient behaviors to his team. This is ridiculous. So no refund, no order! U cannot get anyone for help! Bad branding!!!!!! Great items, after u pay , they say the hell with u!
