I ordered clothing items from Fashion Nova on June 22, 2022 with a credit that I had received. I used the rush shipping method so it should have arrived June 24th. It was shipped but has been sitting at one of the FEDEX facilities since the 24th. I called FEDEX and they tried to locate the package but told me its lost and I should contact the shipper. I have contacted them and all they sent was a$10 credit. My order was $108.00. I am contacting the FTC and BBB, today. Just like someone else stated we all need to do the same. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and this is my first negative encounter but also my last. They need to improve their customer service.
