I purchased both my items a month ago still no updates on their tracking still according to the tracking they haven't even left the USA let alone on its wat to Australia, customer service is a joke saying there is not an issue continue to wait to a given date then when that date comes and goes with no change on tracking told to wait again ,I wish I had never heard of this rubbish lieing company ,never ever again just hoping PayPal get my money back ,avoid these people at all costs
