I purchased this beautiful dress but it was too long. I returned it in a large box with other orders that I had to return. The customer care team told me that they will not issue a refund because I added this return to other returns and shipped them together. My returns totalled over 500 dollars. I have shopped from fashionnova for a couple of years now. Never had this issue. They refuse to give me a refund beware future buyer, unless you are sure you won't return it, I suggest you don't buy anything. They are a scam company. If you value your hard earned money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
