I will never order from Fashion Nova again! My package was delivered to the wrong apartment! UPS did an investigation and it was determined my package was misdelivered -- I never received my order! From the time I received the message my package was at the front door (but wasn't) I sent multiple messages to Fashion Nova via the website. No one ever replied. In addition, an UPS agent advised me after the investigation information was sent to Fashion Nova to advised I never received my order and UPS was waiting on them to reply so my case can be closed. Fashion Nova never replied back to UPS. Not to mention, I used Afterpay. Afterpay keeps sending messages to submit payment. I refuse to pay for merchandise I didn't receive. Finally, I figure out a way to email Afterpay the UPS investigation information that was email to me. The person who replied via advised me to dispute the order. Fashion Nova is using the email communications to get over on their customer. How can you refuse to not help your customers and Why is Fashion Nova refusing to contact the 3rd parties like Afterpay to say hey this customer didn't receive their, so they don't owe anything please update all information according or reply back to the shipping companies when evidence has been provided! Fashion Nova is becoming a fraud by using the email communications as way to take customers money! I'm begging you please don't order from Fashion Nova because if your package is misdelivered or something goes wrong, they won't respond, and you won't get your money back!
