If I could give them a negative review I would. I placed an order on October 23rd and are yet to receive a tracking number. I've called and emailed several times and all they tell me is to allow another week for processing since they are going through a warehouse expansion. OK? I agreed to proceed with the purchase when it stated it would delay 3-7 business days. How can they promote "Free overnight Shipping" when they can't ship an order that was placed almost a month ago? Ridiculous and worst customer service ever. I Just want what I paid for.
