HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I purchased and PAID for a denim jacket on November 12th and my order still says unfulfilled. I called customer service, that's a waste of time. You cannot speak to a representative (apparently they don't exist). Everything is automated. I sent 3 emails inquiring about the status of my order and all I got was an automated email. At this point they leave me no choice but to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed. I will not be ordering from FN again. HORRIBLE customer service. I would love to give a lower rating than one start but that's not possible.
