There was issues with the carrier delivering my package in early August so it was returned to sender. It is now end of November and I am still waiting for my store credit. I am getting very frustrated because the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Not giving me any explanation to why it’s taking so long and sending me automated email that have nothing to do with my problem. I emailed them again asking why I haven’t gotten my credit and they sent me an automated email blaming it on Black Friday sales.... how if this has been going on for several months! Horrible service will NEVER recommend!
