I placed an order on 10/19/18. The order showed unfulfilled on 10/28/18. I contacted Fashion Nova for a refund. I was told via email on 10/30/18 that I would receive a refund. It is now 12/4/18 and I have not received a refund. I have contacted them 3 times after the 10/30/18 email exchange and all of my contact has been ignored.
