Not even worth one star. Plain & Simple do not shop here . Have ordered multiple times from this company with no problems. In November, I was told I would recieve a refund due to an item being out of order and STILL charged. It is Dec 5 and NO REFUND. The Toll Free 1-800 number is not active. It will tell you "a representative is on their way" and disconnects the call. I placed a second order November 27th and have only received a confirmation email and NO shipping information. Each time I email they respond with nothing but "please allow 7-10 business days to process order. Which it has almost been 10 days. This is my last time ordering from Fashion Nova & will be reporting Fraud to my bank and see what they can do to reslove it since Fashion Nova cannot provide any form of service to their customer.
