Terrible service! By far the WORST service I have ever received from a company. I ordered 200 worth of clothing and the very next day it was "shipped". After 4 days the tracking information stopped updating, so I waited a few more days then contacted USPS. After a bunch of back and forth it was eventually discovered that my package was never sent! I informed Fashion Nova of this and they blamed USPS. Mind you I have only been able to contact them via email, after leaving countless voicemails to their stupid automotive services, which you NEVER hear back from. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I am expecting a FULL REFUND. The people I've emailed have been nasty and rude, and have provided little to know information for me. Very upset with the poor service, I was expecting so much more.
