Worst experience in dealing with Customer Service ever. After my order delivery was delayed by around 2 weeks, Fashion Nova emailed me offering to give me a refund, which I accepted as I had ordered the clothes for a certain occasion, and due to the delays I would not receive them in time. The next day, Daphne from the Fashion Nova Customer Service team emailed me confirming my order had been cancelled and my refund will be in my account within 10 business days. A week later, my order was shipped! I emailed Daphne to see what had happened, and it turns out my order was never cancelled, her earlier email was a complete lie, and they refused to pay me the refund I had requested a week earlier. Even though it was their error in forgetting to process my cancellation. No room for negotiation, they did not want to hear what I had to say, and refused to escalate my concern to management to review. I will now have to take my package back to the Post Office once I receive it and post it back, and wait 4-6 weeks for my refund. A huge inconvenience and really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.
